Mustard-Garlic Butter with Thyme

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened
1 medium clove garlic , pressed through garlic press
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
Ground black pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl, mash together all ingredients, including black pepper to taste.

Yield: 3 tablespoons
