Verenikas (Perogies)

Ingredients:

Dough
3 cups Flour
1 Egg yolk
2 Potatoes, cooked
Salt to taste
~1/4 cup Water, or less as needed--add at end

Filling-Potato
5 Potatoes
5 Onions (sm.) Fry until lightly browned (or to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mash

Filling-Chicken
Chicken, cooked (from chicken soup) - white meat
Boiled potato
Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix in Cuisinart

Filling-Cheese
Farmer Cheese
Scallion
Salt

Directions:

Mix dough with dough hooks, then mix by hand to right texture.
Roll out small batches of dough very thin-cut into rounds, fill and fold over, pressing edges.

Boil in water (w/ oil added) for ~10 minutes.
