Ingredients:
1-2 Onions, chopped
3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 can Pinto beans
3 Tomatoes, chopped
3 squares Tofu
Cilantro, fresh, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Tomato juice
Cheddar, grated
Directions:
Place mixture in pie crust and top with cheddar cheese. Bake.
