Roasted Pickled Peppers

My Grandmother's Recipe

Ingredients:

6-8 cloves garlic (large, halved)
2:1 ratio vinegar to water
Italian peppers

Directions:

Roast pepper in oven in broil position and flip until peppers are soft. Remove from oven and peel skin. Place in jar with garlic (distribute) and fill with brine.
