Pesto

Ingredients:

6 cloves Garlic
> 15 leaves Basil, fresh
2 sprigs Parsley
6 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Pine nuts
1/4-1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions:

Blend ingredients in blender or food processor. Serve with hot pasta +/- ricotta cheese.
