Ingredients:
1 can (20oz) Chick peas - spill out water
3-4 cloves Garlic
1 Lemon (juice)
4 tbsp Tchina
4 tbsp Water, cold
Salt
Pepper
dash Cumin
Directions:
Blend in food processor.
Posted by dahl at September 3, 2003 07:34 PMYes, this works.. a very nice recipe too. You can use a pinch of cumin seeds if you don't have ground, and i used white ground pepper because i couldn't find the black.
oh, and with the tahini.. don't use 4 proper tablespoons full.. its a bit sticky , so I would use two full, or four tablespoons dipped in it.. less is more with this, coz if you use too much, its not nice..
