Gazpacho

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
1 med. onion
1-2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 green or red pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup tomato juice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in food processor.
