Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:

2 medium onions
1 butternut squash
4 cups chicken broth

Directions:

Chop onions and sautee in butter. Peel and chop butternut squash. Add onions and squash to chicken broth. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Puree. Garnish with tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
