The Jitters

Last night, I started feeling nervous about closing on our apartment, as we boxed up most of our living room in anticipation of moving this weekend. But since I was also exhausted from swimming in the morning and working until after 7, I couldn't tell if that accounted for some of the butterflies. However, I just walked out of the bank with a very large check. And boy is my stomach buzzing. In just over an hour, Sam and I will walk into a lawyers office and sign away our savings for a lovely apartment in Clinton Hill. We will move our stuff over the next week, with the movers doing the heavy lifting on Saturday, and by the time we head down to New Orleans for vacation next weekend, we will be living in our new apartment and enjoying a much needed vacation.

I have to head up to Maine for work later this week, so I doubt I'll have time to post for another few days (or anything else for that matter!)

And since I haven't had a chance to write up about my company work session/retreat in Sonoma last weekend, you can check out the photos for yourself.
