Grr, I don't know what ate my entry, but my parents brought to light that only half of it was there and I'm to lazy to rewrite it.

Long story short, after treking out to the outer edges of the city, Hertz was closed and I ended up going back to the Budget across the street from my apartment and renting a car instead. And wasting two hours of my day and stressing a lot as well. Oh, and confirming the fact that my husband is my hero.
