First off, I agree that this one is way better than the first two. The acting? Infinately better. Ewan McGregor rocks my socks off as always, and even though Natalie and Christian still had zero chemistry, they played it off much better than in the second one. As my friend pointed out, there were valid reasons for Anikin to be emotionless, seeing as he was a Jedi and all. Unfortunately, that doesn't translate into a good movie as well.

And acting aside, the rest of the movie was very good. Special effects were great - the battle scene in space at the beginning was amazing - I felt like I was on the Star Tours ride at Disney World from oh so many years ago. And the fight scenes were awesome, especially anything involving Yoda. I could watch Yoda battle the Emperor all day.

As for the story, Lucas did a great job explaining everything and tying the prequals together to A New Hope. It all made sense!

This is probably the only one of the prequals I would actually enjoy watching again.
