My vacation so far can roughly be divided into three categories: seeing friends, cooking food, and wedding planning. Well, that and playing some of Sam's incredibly addictive PlayStation games.

Wedding stuff seems under control.
- Photographer is hired
- Flowers seem to be taken care of
- Have a dress ordered
- Have a stylist lined up
- Been to Bloomies and Crate and Barrel for registry research
- Don't have a hotel block reserved yet, but have been calling around
- Am meeting with the rabbi tonight

In other words, I'm in good shape, though I'll have to come back in March for fittings and such.

As for cooking, I've taken the opportunity (and the use of my brother's old food processor) to cook up a storm. I can't wait until I have a full kitchen at my hands!

Wow - you really are together! Sounds great! We were also thinking of bloomies and c&b - I detest all other stores way too much. However, I don't care what anyone says, I'm not looking for a dress until four months before. I'd rather like cut off my right arm or something...

I can't believe that in just two weeks time, this has become ALL I talk about. Shudder.
